1. Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via:

Aramex Store-to-Door (South Africa)

We partner with reputable third-party courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on:

  • Weekends
  • Public holidays
  • Peak promotional periods (processing times may be slightly extended)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time:

8–11 business days from dispatch date.

Please note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.
  • Rural or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Delays & Courier Liability

Everyday Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High parcel volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

While we will assist in tracking and resolving issues, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

However, nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.


5. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The shipping address is correct
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, re-shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier:

  • We will investigate with Aramex
  • A replacement or refund may be issued once the investigation is complete

Everyday Beauty reserves the right to wait for courier confirmation before issuing refunds for lost parcels.


7. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the courier if delivery attempts are missed.


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under the Consumer Protection Act.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Everyday Beauty ships within South Africa only.
